Recipients and Processors

Contabo GmbH (Germany, EU) — provider of the server infrastructure the website runs on;
Our own email server (mail.saitfabrika.com), maintained by us on the same infrastructure — for receiving contact form inquiries;
EspoCRM — a lead/customer management system we self-host at crm.saitfabrika.com, used to process incoming inquiries;
Google LLC — via Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, only with consent for analytics/marketing cookies, to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns;
Xolo Go OÜ — only in connection with contracting and invoicing for specific commissioned services, not for processing data from website visitors.

International Data Transfers

Our hosting provider (Contabo GmbH) and our own email and CRM systems are located within the European Union. Where you consent to analytics/marketing cookies, certain data may be transferred to Google LLC, which may process data outside the EEA based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism).
