Terms of Service

Subject

Saitfabrika offers website design, online store, business software, maintenance, and hosting services for business clients. The specific scope, price, and timeline for each project are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Legal Information

Saitfabrika is a trading name used for the provision of web development, e-commerce, software and digital services. Contracting and invoicing for specific services may be handled through the contractual and invoicing infrastructure of Xolo Go, with the relevant legal parties identified in the applicable proposal, agreement and invoice.

In such cases, invoices are issued via Xolo Go OÜ (reg. no. 14717109, VAT ID EE102156920), which acts solely as the provider of the contracting and invoicing infrastructure and is not the owner or operator of the saitfabrika.com website.

Preparing Quotes

Quotes prepared following an inquiry are indicative until they are confirmed in writing by both parties. The final price and timeline depend on the scope and specifics of the project.

Content Rights

The content you provide (texts, images, logos) remains your property. The source code and design developed for a specific project are transferred to the client under the terms of the individual contract.

Liability

We take care to deliver our services professionally and within the agreed timeframe. We are not liable for delays caused by a lack of cooperation or late materials on the part of the client.

Support After Delivery

After the website or software is published, we provide support according to the package chosen by the client or an individual arrangement.
